Good morning boys.Whats for breakfast? And what are we lifting today?
I’m gonna do forearms,dont feel like doin shit,so I picked forearms,being kinda lazy,but it’s their time up in the rotation.For breakfast I had, 1 can tuna plain,2 pieces of bread,was to lazy to toast them, vanilla protein shake, strawberrys,and a cinnamon pop tarts,I woke up at 1 am and ate cherry poptarys,so fuckin delicious.
Show gratitude somewhere in your day today, tell significant other and/or kids you love them.Dont take shit for granted,be happy you woke up today,a lot of people didnt,and when I say these things to you guys,their as a reminder to myself,just as much as they are to you.
 
Hmmmm crunchy Pb huh @JLee havent had that in awhile,putting it in the wife’s shopping list, theres my small thing gratefulness
 
Good morning, mother fuckers!

Killed myself Sunday doing DLs and squats and abs, then doing all that automotive work until my back wanted to cry. At the shop all day yesterday doing similar stuff. Today is a heavy chest and arms day, then dinner out with the wife and dog this evening. Enjoying the time to do the things I love and be with my wife.

Diet has been kinda crappy, eating a lot of road food and Panera and similar shit. Will definitely do a couple of protein shakes today and ground chicken over rice with sugar free BBQ sauce (my go-to post-WO meal).
