Another hot dam day, and another breakfast

Just had breakfast sandwich and two eggs and oth milk hot about 2 hours till gum will eat a bit more carbs in an hour

Sounds great. It’s cold here now. Winds turned from East off big cold Lake Michigan. It’ll cool down 20 degrees in minutes

Its suppose to be cool this weekend, which is great I’m camping and tents suck when it’s hot

I don’t sleep well when it’s hot. I’m all about fans and central air. Am spoiled.

Think we’re getting lucky, forecast says hi of 70 and night in high 50’s over the trip, which is swell

Yes, especially for the fire, I hate doing fires on hot days

I just had a protein shake at 1pm after fasting for 19 hours. Just hearing the word, “breakfast” had me drooling for eggs, bacon, toast, orange juice, pancakes, and potatoes.

Today it’s windchill 35 here. WINDCHILLS!!? WTF. Stupid Lake Michigan freezing us here. Ugh!!! I like camping in winter but it’s dry and snowy not wet soggy and cold.

It makes it impossible to gain body fat. I think it’s helping my over health a lot. The only bad part is my muscles are so dry regardless of all the water I drink and sodium I add so my delts are real bad from all the muscle tears I’ve had over the years. Yesterday I tore my left rear and front delt again trying to lift a car battery out of my Dad’s car. It’s bad! I won’t be lifting for several days. But even though I have that issue I really think my longevity will increase due to the intermittent fasting. My stomach stays flat instead of having the turtle shell look. I can tell my blood pressure has improved although I haven’t checked it. I don’t think intermittent fasting is for guys trying to grow. Eating lots of good food every couple hours is the best to grow and to get stronger. But for an old guy like me the intermittent fasting will keep you shredded with very little effort.

Yeah I agree, and now were suppose to get rain most the weekend, we got my sister n her boyfriend, whom has been my bestfriend for a long time, and then a family friend and her boyfriend and a bunch a kids, so we will see who sticks it out, atleast we all live with 30 mins if it’s to shitty

Calling for rain here too. It always seems to hit jville and splits around us. Who knows. We need it for sure. Big burn ban it’s so dry.

Same here, were at a state park, and our fire has to be raised off the ground, in something so we bought a outdoor firepit
