Finishing my snatch portion of my work out and just start heavy back squat then boom. Gotta take a shit! Every fucking time. Thought I’d lighten the mood with something that I’m sure has happened to us all
 
Standing calf raises always make me feel like I have to shit. I never do but while I’m doing the movement I feel it every time
 
@Kad1, that always happened to me at meets! I would make it all the way through warmups for squats, nail my opener and BOOM, time to poop! Always like clockwork, not sure if it was adrenaline or nerves… it was the worst when I dabbled in equipped lifting, getting out of a squatter to go shit then back in to go hit a lift all in 5-10 min is a horrible experience!
 
This is the exact reason I have a cup of coffee every single morning. Not just because of the caffeine and it tastes good, but mainly for its laxative effect. It hits within 20 minutes and I am cleaned out every single morning before my day even starts so I never have to take a shit out in public or have it interrupt my daily activities.
 
Not sure I should say but high school my mascot was Indian college was charger at a very conservative school in tsun

I moved around a lot but my claim to fame was that I played a year at Norwood with Marc Edwards. He was a beast!
College was a small NAIA school in Missouri

Wait til you get older brother @John… I have to wear nice pants when i go into the office…khakis are NOT my friend!!! Hahaha
