April 11 Diets and lifting

Hi all,I know I’m fuckin late,rough night last night.
Breakfast was 4eggs over easy,2 toast wheat, banana n strawberries.im not working today so,the wife kids dogs and are gonna hike,fish,enjoy nature.i hope everyone has a good day.
 
Banana cream of rice with apples eggwhites and some beets. Hit legs then abs today. Always have 30 minutes of cardio but usually I do it right after training on my leg days I do abs after and do my cardio later. Can’t handle it all in one go!
 
Quick question for anyone here who eats eggwhites, do you guys crack them or buy them packaged? I get the big’ol box from Costco. Side note, I believe not all eggwhites are created equal. I microwave them in a glass bowl sometimes and the ones from Costco don’t stick where as the fredmeyer ones do and they look different.
 
Just picked up 20 pounds of rice should be good for a week or two. And I got take and bake pizza I will smash after workout
 
Had 4 sausage biscuits this am. Supper will be steak. Had high hopes for modanifil keeping me up and alert but i fell asleep once. Trying to get to the gym b4 it wares off. I honestly dont see what the big deal is i felt nothing
 
Agree with super @NeuroRN … shake and chug.

The ones I buy come in a bigger carton…about 2&1/2 cups. 3 tbp is one serving…6 servings is a cup which is 30g protein. I measured them out for a few months but have my chugs calculated to where i get pretty much 1 cup at a time out of the carton and last chug is just a swallow.

A little ritual is chug a cup and follow with a chug of diet cranberry juice. Quick and dirty protein and renal support….20 seconds in front of the fridge.
 
@Future_ifbb_pro14900 same here about the whites. Sometimes I add them to my protein shake but more often than not just drink it.

Some light legs today. Protein shake with bananas and egg whites. Chicken and rice then shaved steak wraps. Yogurt and cottage cheese for snack. Will be eating this until Saturday

Workout today was just work. Pulling and moving and coiling over 4000 feet of cable at a time did this three times. I was the only one there that could physically handle it and twice as old as most the workers there. and very little airflow on job site. Was like a sauna. Also had a truckload of wire come in had to unload. Easily drank 1.5 gallons of water.

Was just worn out between the heat and physical level of work today. Said screw it. Gonna watch the game and order Chinese.
 
Great to see you either my brain has made me miss it or I haven’t seen you post in a bit
