April 11 Diets and lifting

This is my 3rd straight day of nothing but protein shakes, fish oil pills and vitamin/mineral/greens pills. I got such a good pump on my biceps/triceps/delts/traps/calves workout. Thank you tbol, Cialis, and HGH. I’m drained now and a bit cranky. Trying to stick to shakes until Friday night cheat meal. My reason is I’m just f@cking around experimenting and too lazy to go buy groceries. 😀
