Well and he obviously knows what he is doing. He has had great coaches and a lifetime of experience. What I will learn is priceless and can take with me into my future.
This is my 3rd straight day of nothing but protein shakes, fish oil pills and vitamin/mineral/greens pills. I got such a good pump on my biceps/triceps/delts/traps/calves workout. Thank you tbol, Cialis, and HGH. I’m drained now and a bit cranky. Trying to stick to shakes until Friday night cheat meal. My reason is I’m just f@cking around experimenting and too lazy to go buy groceries.

Today I trained legs in the different way, instead I push for powerlifting squads & deadlifts. Not bad,
But it allowed me to appreciate regular bodybuilding.
