Today I supersetted chest and back. I had two protein shakes before the workout and one post workout. Next meal is my every 6 days cheat meal log out.
CHEST:
5 sets inclined push-ups with feet on bed
4 sets regular push-ups
3 sets dumbbell flies with 30’s
BACK:
3 sets one arm cable rows
5 sets one arm dumbbell rows
3 giant sets regular cable rows, then pull downs, then rows from up top, all narrow grip .
