April 15th diets n training

Actually off today. And have to run a few places.
But. I made : 1/2 cup of oatmeal w cinnamon
2 whole eggs and 100 grams of egg whites
One banana
 
You like some cinnamon! I do too. I got caught up in the cinnamon was good for diabetics thing and was sweating pure cinabons for a year. Come to find out that was just one of the internet “suggestions “. Never the less it’s delicious.
 
Did some bis and tris this morning while I waited for the grocery store to open. Just ate 2 waffles, 1 piece of toast(w/PB), a glass of fair life milk and some egg whites
 
Don’t know yet what am gonna eat. Just woke up had coffee not hungry. Going to make that last rib roast in the oven following my friends wife’s instructions. That’ll be lunch. Maybe just have some cottage cheese for breakfast so at least I get something.
 
I’m a cinnamon zealot. I love the taste but the science also intrigues me. In rat models I forgot the exact mg/kg ratio but it decreased insulin resistance and acted as a sort of insulin pathway. I’ve never used actual skin but at about 200lbs the math came out to 8g cinnamon so I throw it in my cream of rice post workout. Whether it works or not, it taste good lol.
 
Today I trained biceps, triceps, and delts. Had a great pump! Was a fun one!
I’ve had 3 protein/oat shakes and one meal with 1/2 pound extra lean ground turkey breast and basmati rice. Next meal is the same turkey/rice meal. Meal 6 is a protein/oat shake. 👍
 
Was going to do triceps abd shoulders but the extra hgh I would see today I missed
Thursdays shots due to sleeping had me so damn lethargic. At least I’ll be rest for dead’s tomorrow
 
High carb day and had some sushi with my dry chicken for dinner.

I don’t want to put diet I’ve eaten everything after jot really eating as much on off days for some
Reason the body doesn’t want a lot of meat when on psychedelics. Add in all the sleep and I probably dropped 8 pounds of just clearing myself out and not reloading constantly. It’s probably good to cleanse the self from time to time anyways. I know mentally it was good
