Good fuckin morning.i am thankful for my wife and kid,I am extremely lucky to have them.
Starting a new job,so cheese steak at the deli it is,grapes,3 HB eggs no yolk.Lunch will be turkey n cheese on wheat bread.I got softball practice later after work,not sure if I’m gonna lift.ive been coaching the team since last softball season,then basketball,now I’m coaching again,and I’m still amazed I’m doin it,never would I have pictured me as a coach for kids.Hope everyone has a great day.

Trained some chest and tris earlier today. Had a protein shake with a banana then a big piece of quiche. Going to eating a yogurt and some cottage cheese with triscuit. Lunch will be chicken sausage and pasta
 
Woke up in Arizona today so life is good.
Did 3 mile hike already was done by 7:30 here.
Training arms with my buddy in a bit.
No carb day so that blows but it’s sunny and 90.
Going shooting later
 
Ended up bench pressing and having a giant turkey sandwich.

My mother in law (died last year) made the best bird I’ve ever had. Luckily my wife is doing her proud and carrying on the tradition. Moist tasty white meat.
