Good morning motherfuckers.Breakfast was cheese steak,R1 shake,banana and a water.Practice got rained out last night,so I think we’re gonna have one today,n Thursday first game is Saturday,so hopefully I can squeeze in chest later,and if I don’t have time who cares I’m already intimidating enough,ha ha,skipping one chest day will be ok.Hope everyone has a positive and productive day.
 
Have you guys tried these? This brand is really good I like all of them they have plant based too haven’t tried those ones but every flavor of this bar I like it’s quick protein when I’m doing service at work this one texture is like a three musketeers bar on the inside worth a go they have an IG where they link the website they sell boxes for a good price for those who even use protein bars like I do these are up there for me

Thanks guys,I appreciate all the activity on this daily thread…Decided on not goin to practice,I will do my own with my kid,then I’ll be able to get chest in.
 
Slept on and off from about 11 last night maybe got 9 hours total so making bacon eggs salted ribeye got thighs for tonight oh yeah heavy triples on squats do

Tody 615 is the goal
