Hi all.didnt start that deck yet,the inspector is of course being a shit head..anyfuckinways,going to gym later,not sure what I'm working,I will atleast tire flip at gym,then walk back home and work back I think.
Breakfast= 5 HB egg whites,drinkable peach chobani,4 turkey sausage,cinnamon raisin bagel lightly toasted,banana,water.
Lunch= two turkey n swiss on fancy bread(it has protein in it to 8 grams per two slices) lettuce,tomato,another drinkable peach chobani,strawberries,cranberry juice.
1st dinner=3 chic breasts in 50/50 avocado oil,olive oil on top stove,cayenne pepper,fresh onion and garlic,salad romaine,bell pepper,spinach,carrots,parsley,zesty Italian dressing,water
2nd dinner= half can chic peas,4 HB egg whites,another cinnamon raisin bagel,lightly toasted,little bit of unsalted butter.
