Same daily diet unless my dad says let’s get pizza tonight, I haven’t had a cheat meal in 8 days and I’m content because my blood pressure is finally in normal range but a cheat meal would be amazing!
Same as usual in my long days at work 2 bagel thins 3 eggs 2 Turkey sausage 2 Turkey bacon, had a protein bar tilapia and rice and gonna have chicken and potatoes and a shake before bed once I get home bevause I’ll be wiped tf out
Shoulders and forearms today. Had two yogurts and peanut butter toast. Cottage cheese and crackers. Beef, broccoli and rice then chicken sausage and pasta. Oh and the usual shake and banana
Dinner. 6 pickled eggs and chicken soup
Went to small town gym today Saw a guy take the preacher curl seat and put infront of the cable machine. Set it low attached the vbar put on 80 pounds and started doing curls with it. I never saw that before. I picked his brain on it a little bit and he told me to jump on and try it. I wrapped off six then on then seventh one it really started to burn. I did arms and shoulders already previous to this but still it was awesome isolation and could really feel it on the peaks of the bicep.

At work till 7 am probably come back in at 7 am Saturday to start 6 days in a row. Of work while maxing all my lifts. With no deload week in program. I’m thinking all
I’m doing is my max one accessory and calling it a day for lifting next week cuase right back in to the 5/3 deload then meet.
I just had an insane amount of calories for my cheat meal. It’s crazy how much flavor cheat food has after 8 days on my diet as opposed to only 6 days. Now I’m sitting on the toilet waiting for the fireworks show to begin.
