80g oatmeal with pb2 and 1 scoop salted caramel protein powder, 200g egg whites with 1 whole egg and two slices of canadian bacon diced. And an english muffin with 10g of shredded cheese and 2 slices of canadian bacon and a pan fried runny whole egg. That was a good breakfast and the marcos are 94 protein, 91 carbs, and 22 fat. For a total of 972 calories. Im trying to lose some weight for summer, and upcoming doctor visit and it has been really easy so far. Weighing in at 243lb this morning, and been doing plenty of cardio. Lightest I have been in awhile.
I plan on hitting some chest, and shoulders later today. I have been doing log press instead of barbell, the neutral grip doesnt bother my shoulder and its fun.
