April 22nd diets and lifting

Was up early, so far I’ve eaten 2 waffles, 2 pieces of toast, 2 eggs, half cup whites, 1.5 cups of potatoes, an orange, a banana and a shake. Trained back and biceps.
 
No carb day and flying home tonight on the red eye
Chest and back in a few min
Did 2 mile walk already, 4 wheeling in the dessert after lunch.
One last hike later
 
80g oatmeal with pb2 and 1 scoop salted caramel protein powder, 200g egg whites with 1 whole egg and two slices of canadian bacon diced. And an english muffin with 10g of shredded cheese and 2 slices of canadian bacon and a pan fried runny whole egg. That was a good breakfast and the marcos are 94 protein, 91 carbs, and 22 fat. For a total of 972 calories. Im trying to lose some weight for summer, and upcoming doctor visit and it has been really easy so far. Weighing in at 243lb this morning, and been doing plenty of cardio. Lightest I have been in awhile.

I plan on hitting some chest, and shoulders later today. I have been doing log press instead of barbell, the neutral grip doesnt bother my shoulder and its fun.

Eggs wild hog sausage and biscuits for breakfast.

Went on hike with son today in mountains cam across this Also gonna do legs at gym to go along with the hike.

We are inOverton county I’m the Cumberland mountains and man it is beautiful. With lots of old trucks that are fairly rust free. May come down here and buy a few if I can save some money. Then take them home and sell them for triple. People are paying stupid money for old shitty trucks in Wisconsin right now.

Had my proats for breakfast and chicken rice for lunch couple bananas as snack and destroyed some pizza and wings, paid for a coach again and I figured get a good one in before I super strict it and really buckle down
 
Just ate half a
16incg pizza making rice for toNorrow working at 7 am so hope to get some sleep here and maybe the break from food will help with being able to eat more tomorrow plans to eat early and often as I’m doing shrooms toMororw and appetite disappear on that.
