APRIL 22ND INSTALLMENT OF DIETS AND BODYBUILDING.

Good morning all.No gym today,don't have it in me.daughter is on spring break gonna hangout with her today.breakfast was 4 eggs over easy,4 turkey sausage,strawberries,2 pieces of toast,water.not sure about lunch and dinner,I will give her a choice,1 meal I'll buy,and the other meal I will be making,she will probably pick Thai or KFC.i aim to be back in the gym tomorrow.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Been slacking on my carbs no reason. Just laziness . Yesterday I had two servings of oatmeal three chicken breasts and a greek gyro that's it. Today I am working on two servings of oatmeal and one chicken breast. Will probably finish today with two or three more chicken breasts and that's it
 
Made some chicken and rice trying for figure out what I’ll do four my second meal of day that used to be fast food. Doing some back today
 
No training today. Going in the woods for a walk later. Had eggs and potatoes for breakfast. Homemade fried rice with shrimp. Probably a couple of shakes to keep the protein up.
