Morning all.Breakfast was plain bagel, grapes,R1 shake.
Gonna wear my UG hoodie to my kids game.First game of season today for us.i think we will do ok.
 
I’ve been as high as 250. Went to key west at the beginning of April so I had to do some serious cutting. 230 in January to 212. Trying to figure out my new maintenance calories and settle out in the 215-220 range for summer
 
Off on the other side of my shop gym… my sorry neighbors planted shrubs right on the property line and they grew 5 foot into my side. Florence blew one over even farther. Sooooo I had everything surveyed and put up a fence… had to trim their crap way back. It was already a hospital area for struggling shrubs and bushes to get healthy again. Now i have lots of room to rearrange and hopefully get the rose bushes back to full size.

The only reason I haven’t punched him or her in the face is because they have an opening in their daycare for baby girl this summer. Wifey told me to hold off…
