APRIL 23RD ISSUE OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Hi all. I been off all psych meds for 60 days,and I'm feeling much better the last two weeks then the previous 6 weeks,it been a mind fuck trying to figure out and deal w.ith my feelings.went and tire flipped and did legs this morning.breakfast was 5 HB egg whites,4 turkey sausage,peach chobani,banana,water.lunch will be two roast beef n swiss,lettuce tomato banana peppers,peach chobani,half can of chic peas,cranberry juice,dinner will be baked chicken,seasoned the skin,and will eat the meat part dipped in hot sauce,homemade French fries,and a salad with,romaine,bell pepper,carrots,tomato,a little zesty Italian dressing,1 slice of apple pie.2nd dinner will be other half can of chic peas,HB egg whites,strawberries.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Ladies are in myrtle beach for the week and there was a dog and pony show at work sooooo Ive been laying around the house all day
 
Took one of my younger cousins to tour a college today. Something about it just drained the life out of me. Hopefully I can find my second wind and hit back later. Had egg whites and oatmeal for breakfast and then chicken, broccoli and rice for lunch. Dinner is up in the air
