Started my new meal plan as of Tuesday feel great mostly all foods I enjoy I don’t get bloated or over hungry in between sitting good with the food to start
Wifey has a burger “press” where as you can make a pretty big burger with whatever filling you want inside of it. We’ve tried all kinds of stuffing. Blue cheese is probably my fav.
I’ve also tried all kinds of toppings slaw chili etc… never mac n cheese. It’s on the tado list now.
