April 28th installment of diets and training

I made it though an hour of cardio walking up and down hills. Now I’m walking like I’m a hundred years old, haha 😆 it felt great doing cardio again after a month without it. Injury was fine.
 
Also I think I need recalibrate my scale as I may have did a pretty large dose of 2cb instead of just a nice easy test of new product
