April 29th diets and training

Hit chest this morning then 30 minutes of sprints 30 sec on 1 minute walking then walked for 30 min. Had 4 pieces keto bread with almond butter and sugar free syrup and 5 egg whites
 
Did some light legs. Had protein shake and a banana then some leftover shaved steak with potatoes and egg whites. Eating a bagel with some deli turkey right now and having pork loin tacos later
 
Was able to eat normal today so that was good.
High carb day which is always good.
Quads and mid delts today. 35 min cardio
 
Today I’ve had 3 protein/oats shakes so far. Next meal is chicken breast and basmati rice. Then I’ll have two more protein shakes.
Today I did all giant sets of biceps, triceps, and delts/traps. I took an extra HGH shot today again so 4 shots for the day at 1iu each.

Only allowed 8oz. I finish and my stomach literally starts growling
