April 2nd diets and training

Good morning,good day to be alive all of us should be grateful.Breakfast was 5 eggs HB no yolk,strawberries,1 English muffin,1 chobani,water n coffee.Gonna do some outside chores today,eat some food,smoke some weed and that’s about it.
 
Three eggs left over steak rice broccoli zucchini onions. Two cups coffee and my TRT dose.

Probably gonna try legs today. Lots of ladder work this week which makes them tight and susceptible to injury so gonna go easy
 
1 blunt, 4 fried eggs, 4 pieces of toast, and 2 slices of fried bologna. 2 cups of coffee and a Mountain Dew. Another blunt. Lunch was a 18 Oz TBone with stuffing, and baked beans. No training today.

Got a good leg day today. When I do calves I use the leg press machine. I can get much deeper with my heels using this machine as seen pictured.

Calves 3x15 single leg
Leg press 3x10 single leg 150
Leg extension 3x10 210 230 230
Seated leg curl 3x10 110 110 130
Box step ups 3x10 each side
Eleuptical 20 minutes.
90 degree one minute static hold wall squat just one to push out lactic acid.

I actually get da little deeper with calves then pictured. My 12 year old did the best she could picturing me in motion. Lol

Hahahaha. If I had a blunt much less two it would be all kinds of mixed up inventions like fried peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Fried bologna. Man my pops use to make that for lunch all the time when I was a kid. Haven’t had that in a long time.

5 egg whites 1 whole egg, fiber tortilla, 1/4 scoop oat meal. 2 scoops protein. Hit shoulders and biceps this morning and 45 min of cardio. Weighed in at 195 this morning! Been on point with my nutrition and eating 6 times a day really change everything. I’m hungry but I don’t feel like im starving hungry. :muscle:t3:
 
It works out pretty good most of the time. All the guys smoke. So I’ll smoke on the way in. Someone will get one ready while I fill out the paperwork. We’ll smoke before we get started, first break, lunch break, and 2nd break. I’ll smoke after dinner before the gym and then again before bed.
