Good morning all. Breakfast was 2 cans a tuna plain,1 plain bagel, chobani, strawberries, water and coffee.Gonna go practice pitching and batting with my kid for awhile, then go see I can rip a few trout out for dinner on the grill.Im pretty sure the only thing I’m lifting today is a beer and a joint.

Good morning my friend and all of my ugm compadres

Oats n whites…later than usual. Had fasted labs this morning at 8-ish. Didn’t get to eat until 9.

Might train legs. Starting a large project today.

I watched MLB history last night as my favorite team pitched a combined no hitter,5 pitchers total and not one gave up a run.Its the second in our franchise history and only 314th time in MLB history.

Training shoulders and forearms in a bit. Haven’t eaten anything yet but when I get back it will be the usual shake and banana then a red pepper strata and some egg whites. Followed up with pulled pork loin on pita

Same old diet today plus legs: squats, stiff legged dead lifts, and calves. :weight_lifting_woman:
4 protein/oat shakes
2 turkey breast/rice meals
4 fish oil capsules
2 Vitamin/mineral/fruit and veggies tablets.

Legs were a no go. My right knee was having no part of squats today so I went for a 50 walk up and down hills out in nature which was real good for my mind and soul. ✌️

Been dragging ass today, got a sick delt trap workout today stuck to my meal plan brought my ground beef and sweet potato meal to family dinner they all had pizza my grandfather was like wtf is wrong with you lmao they’ve been in Florida all year good to see em, my grams really bad with her Alzheimer’s but it’s been a long time coming still not used to her being so far gone with her memory and just in general but it is what it is

Sorry brother I missed your post….

Made a 255 inch glulam beam…going to be installed at 250”.

Running across the ceiling of the garage to support the attic. It sagged 1/2” which isn’t nearly as bad as I thought with all the crap that’s up there.

Then going to put a nice set of alluminum pull down stairs. The wood ones are about fubar.

Then I’m going to fabricate a small freight elevator to bring stuff up and down.

I’ve been wanting to do that for 20 years. There’s attic lifts you can buy for $3-4k but I can make one for under a grand with 2-3x the lifting capacity.

Made it in the harage and luggged it outside. I’m a little sore today
