April 3rd diets and training

So far today I’ve had 3 protein/oat shakes, and a turkey breast/rice meal. Next meal is fat free cottage cheese and rice cakes.
I trained legs. It felt great!
  • dumbbell lunges
  • dumbbell squats
  • dumbbell stiff legged dead lifts
  • dumbbell calf raises
