April 4th training and diets

No bueno today. Worked in yard yesterday trimming transplanting etc. Up at midnight with severe cough congestion and sneezing. Laid back down at 5:30 slept to 8:30.

Oats n whites so far. Laid out of work. Probably squat today. Maybe

Just two protein/oat shakes so far today. Need to thaw out sone Costco chicken breasts and throw some basmati rice in the rice cooker. No training today. I’ve been doing 3 on, 1 off, with entire body twice in the 8 day rotation.
 
Pierogies and all beef kielbasa. @John oh and also chicken feet!!!

Arms and shoulder. Third time in a row 12 year old daughter went to gym to train with me. She really seems to be getting into it. Got a great trap pump.
