Five eggs with bacon and pancakes for breakfast. Three chicken breasts and one cup of rice and a protein shake for lunch. Wheat toast with almond butter for a snack with another protein shake. Did a fun routine: incline DBs, incline BB, standing wide grip curls with emphasis on using the chest, and low-to-high cable flies. I am sore as a mother already.
Steak with crab and scallops for dinner with yet another protein shake. Now time for 5iu of HGH and seven good hours of sleep. I might whack off, too, given the inducement from the pic in this thread! HA!
