Hit back/traps and 45 min of cardio. High carb day for me. 6 egg whites, 2 rye bread with jam, 75g strawberry, 1/2 cup oats, and 2 scoops protien, 2 scoops carbohydrate thing that I have.
Breakfast left over chicken and cottage cheese and two cups coffee.
Lunch protein bar pastrami and roast beef sandwhich with Colby. Xtra meat. And one liquid IV.
Dinner gonna be those rib roasts. Gonna do it reverse sear like @Kad1 suggested. Then put in smoker for a while like @JB_rD81 suggested. Can’t wait to see how it turns out.
Woke up a little late and had my sweet potato and egg whites, no caffeine the last couple of days and lowering salt intake to help with BP, must say pre or even a cup of coffee would make legs much more enjoyable.
Trained chest with Tris this morning. Had 3 eggs, a cup of potatoes and a protein shake with a banana. Had training at work and they had an Alfredo chicken broccoli ziti concoction with an antipasto salad. Wasn’t bad. Probably chicken rice and black beans for dinner
Well here it is fellas. I ate the other one before I remembered to take pics. My smoker was outta pellets so all grill. I did a reverse sear then put it away from coals on one side and closed the lid with the air vent over the meat to draw the heat around it. Took about 1.25 hours. Followed @Kad1 and @JB_rD81 instructions. Kids and wife gobbled it up. It was phenomenal!!!
