April 8th diets and training

Afternoon all.Apparently I did a lot of sleep walking last night,lights were on,kitchen looked like a food bomb exploded in it,my garage door was open all night,who knows what else I did.Breakfast was protein shake,1 English muffin,4 HB eggs no yolk,I’m not very hungry.
 
Trained shoulders and forearms today. Had 3 eggs and a cup of potatoes. Protein shake with a banana. Yogurt with 2 pieces of toast and egg whites. Chicken rice and beans. Steak and cheese wrap for dinner. Same meal plan until Monday
 
Today was leg day but on the first set of lunges, 2nd rep, I strained my hamstring/adductor area along the inside of the leg from the middle to the upper area. Not sure exactly which muscle it is. It’s been bothering me for awhile but today it said no more, which made it so I couldn’t do lunges or squats. I was able to do stiff legged dead lifts and calf raises.
Diet so far has been 3 protein/oats shakes and a chicken breast and rice cakes meal. I’ll have two more protein/oat shakes this evening.
