April 9th edition of diets n training

Morning! Hit shoulders and biceps. Doing stairs now for 45 min the. Gonna go have 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, fiber tortilla, 1/4 oats, 2 scoops protein :muscle:t3:
 
Eggs and leftover steak and garlic rice.

Legs this morning then it’s time to travel four hours to the great Mississippi River. Gonna eat out for lunch dinner and get ready for the big fishing trip on Sunday. Not gonna track what we eat after breakfast today. Just gonna enjoy time with wife and son.

You know the nurse told him two weeks ago it would be impossible for him to gain weight at this point. The weighed him and he had lost some weight. But the wife and I cook and go get for him whatever he wants when he gets a craving for food. We let him pick dinner every night and yesterday when he went in for radiation they weighed him and he gained four pounds. The nurse was shocked.
 
We doing legs today also. Every Saturday leg day at barn gym. Belt squats box pistols bosu ball lunges etc. family legs day lol.

A barn gym would be right up my alley. They had one down here decades ago. Bunch of good ole boys out in the woods moving some serious weight.
 
Hell yes. We use to have a group of meatheads meet here every Saturday. Everyone would bring their own chunk of meat. We’d lift a bunch of heavy shit then grill out.
 
No training. Back to work tonight. Ground beef, fried rice, egg whites, sweet potato waffle fries, tuna, and whatever else I throw in the lunch bag for work.
