APRIL 9TH ISSUE OF DIETS AND BODYBUILDING.

Hi all.ive been sucking at life lately,not keeping up with anything. Haven't lifted in like a week,eating with little to no respect for my diet and body.Going for a hike in a little bit,try to clear my mind out for a bit.
Breakfast was cinnamon n sugar poptarts,4 turkey sausage,bananna,coffee n water.
Lunch will be spaghettios,and a garbage salad for cals before my hike,so romaine lettuce,tomatoes,bell peppers,croutons,shredded cheddar,3 HB eggs,cranberries,walnuts,sliced almonds,with blue cheese n ranch dressing.
Not sure about dinners.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Didn’t have protein cereal so just mixed protein powder with leafy over ctc milk. Now t gym doing legs and im thinking I should switch leg and back day as it seems I just feel dead on leg day no matter since coming before work and I should feel fresh
 
Trained straight shoulders today. Lately I've been adding it with chest days. Meals are ground turkey with pasta and beef with rice. Eggs, turkey sausage and toast. Protein shake. Yogurt and almonds.
