So I am not doing this for any competition, just want to feel good and look better. Always been the fat kid, then turned keto endurance runner, I looked like a cancer patient. And I was done.
So far there’s been some ups and downs in each cycle, but this Godzilla piss from srx is fantastic.
My waist is down about an inch, and the fat handles are loose skin, and I can start to see the sides of my abs.
Strength is still week on pretty much everything, but I am in CrossFit to keep limber plus how to do most lifts correctly, been progressing slowly but surely.
