Ok gents, we’re here…

My cap is 192lbs, I weighed in at 177lbs.

Didn’t realize my cap was 192, I thought it was 182lbs.

That’s ok, I think I can still make 1st call out and do well at this show.


Carbing up good with about 300 ML of water per meal (cup) and gonna stop about now.

Another coat of tanning is at 9:00 am then the show starts at 11:00 so I’ll be on stage around maybe 12:00-ish…

I mean it guys, I think I can do well and possibly take this show. That’s not me being cocky in the slightest.

Also got a plan to do a show next year and go Masters. As I can definitely win a masters show and qualify for the Olympia BUT let’s take it a show at a time.

I’ll let you guys know how pre-judging goes.

Good morning, I made top 10 getting 9th out of 18…

Was told I need more size, I was under the impression that my cap was 182lbs not 192.

I was told by Tyler Manion if I was bigger I make 1st call out…

Lesson learned, I’ll be back to get them next time.

Was a little embarrassed as I worked extremely hard for this show but it’s hard to get a pro card, even harder to win a pro show. Thought I deserved at least 6th or 7th place, not 9th.

That’s ok, I’ll do better next time.

What I did notice was I smoked all the masters guys, they looked nothing like me. Not even close, so now I’m thinking when I turn 40 in October just go Classic Physique masters and make Masters Olympia. As if I would have signed up had I been 40, I would have won even at this size…

It seems however that no-one cares about the masters as they think it’s a bunch of old guys, when in reality 40 is young as hell and I got another 50 years on Gods green earth. The sentiment seems to be “you didn’t beat anyone”. Idk how I feel about it as of yet as I still feel like I’m am compete via open once I out on proper size.

Out of ignorance. Can you enter open AND masters?

For the record… I am of the opinion that “masters” still counts. I still powerlift in the masters 60-64. Can I keep up with the young bucks… HECK NO! I can hold my own on the bench with some of them. With my mauged up legs… not on the squat or deads. That doesn’t prevent me from competing against myself. I don’t golf or shoot heroin so I need something to keep me occupied. There’s a few old men that show up to the meets that I beat the snot out of hahaha but it’s all in fun.

Brother… follow your heart and do what’s best for YOU and your mental needs. After all… you’re a jarhead and there’s not much we can’t do.

You look Incredible! And 40 is just a kid! I didn’t peak body wise until well into my 40’s. I love your positive attitude! Stay healthy and train smart you’ll be winning shows in your 70’s. Serge Nubret, my all time favorite bodybuilder, I met at age 52, and watched him guest pose. He looked just as good as he did in the’75 Olympia, but much bigger at 240Lbs and just as shedded:

I call bullshit on those who say nobody cares or looks at Masters Division!!

I have been to many shows and I am here to tell you, the Masters Class of competition is no joke at these big shows and I think that most of the folks who compete in the classes of 40+, 50+, etc. look fricken great and even better than a lot of the open folks.

Jump into the 40+ Masters ring and kick some ass! Shit those haters up!

Add the 10lbs, while fucking crushing masters division. Go masters Olympia. Enjoy the ride. Once you add the 10lbs you will be competitive as hell in open as well. Enjoy the ride either way!

Gonna be prepping for the Hurricane Pro in St Petersburg, FL.

As you guys know I’m in Central Florida, so this will be right down the road for me.

I’m gonna be doing both Open and Masters Classic Physique as I turn 40 October 10th. The goal here is to redeem myself and make 1st call out via open and in the masters category I’d like to win it.

I beat everyone at Masters at the Atlanta Pro show but I was only signed up for open. So if I win classic physique masters I qualify for the Masters Olympia which is held in Tokyo Japan in August. So I’ll have 10 months to train and prep for that, I can win masters at this show and qualify for the Masters Olympia…. I know I can!

So I’m 8 weeks out and here is the change in my training regimen, meal plan and change in compounds /supplements.

Chest, Shoulders & Arms:
I’m targeting upper lower and mid chest, with flat, incline and decline movements. I’ve also incorporated skull crushers, preacher curls, and dumbbell lateral movements.

New Daily Meal Plan:

Test P: 250 (MWF)
Mast P: 250 (MWF)
HGH: 2 IU’s nightly
Tren: 20 (MWF)
T3: 12MCG (Daily)

Test P
Provides me with the androgenic and anabolic baseline. We all know that most anabolic suppress natural testosterone, running Test ensures my body doesn’t crash hormonally. I have increased strength, muscle fullness, libido, and energy. The propionate ester means it kicks in fast and clears quickly, which gives more control over side effects.

Mast P
It’s an Dihydrotestosterone (DHT)-derived compound, known for its cosmetic effects. For me I get a harder, drier look as it lowers water retention. The mild anti-estrogenic properties can reduce estrogen-related side from Test. My vascularity and muscle definition are enhanced as body fat is already low.

Tren Ace
One of the most potent anabolics ever created, one of my favorites and I use minimal dosages.

For me it provides, rapid muscle growth with minimal water retention.
Huge strength increases, followed by a dense, grainy look when diet is tight.
Boosted nutrient partitioning which allows my body to use food more efficiently.

As far as the cons, the Mast is making my hair a little thin in the crown area of my head. Blood pressure is a little high and so is my LDL but I can fix that.

The plan is to step on stage around 185-190 as my cap is 192, I plan to be diced like I was but more size and fullness.
