Gonna be prepping for the Hurricane Pro in St Petersburg, FL.
As you guys know I’m in Central Florida, so this will be right down the road for me.
I’m gonna be doing both Open and Masters Classic Physique as I turn 40 October 10th. The goal here is to redeem myself and make 1st call out via open and in the masters category I’d like to win it.
I beat everyone at Masters at the Atlanta Pro show but I was only signed up for open. So if I win classic physique masters I qualify for the Masters Olympia which is held in Tokyo Japan in August. So I’ll have 10 months to train and prep for that, I can win masters at this show and qualify for the Masters Olympia…. I know I can!
So I’m 8 weeks out and here is the change in my training regimen, meal plan and change in compounds /supplements.

Chest, Shoulders & Arms:
I’m targeting upper lower and mid chest, with flat, incline and decline movements. I’ve also incorporated skull crushers, preacher curls, and dumbbell lateral movements.
New Daily Meal Plan:

Test P: 250 (MWF)
Mast P: 250 (MWF)
HGH: 2 IU’s nightly
Tren: 20 (MWF)
T3: 12MCG (Daily)
Test P
Provides me with the androgenic and anabolic baseline. We all know that most anabolic suppress natural testosterone, running Test ensures my body doesn’t crash hormonally. I have increased strength, muscle fullness, libido, and energy. The propionate ester means it kicks in fast and clears quickly, which gives more control over side effects.
Mast P
It’s an Dihydrotestosterone (DHT)-derived compound, known for its cosmetic effects. For me I get a harder, drier look as it lowers water retention. The mild anti-estrogenic properties can reduce estrogen-related side from Test. My vascularity and muscle definition are enhanced as body fat is already low.
Tren Ace
One of the most potent anabolics ever created, one of my favorites and I use minimal dosages.
For me it provides, rapid muscle growth with minimal water retention.
Huge strength increases, followed by a dense, grainy look when diet is tight.
Boosted nutrient partitioning which allows my body to use food more efficiently.
As far as the
cons, the Mast is making my hair a little thin in the crown area of my head. Blood pressure is a little high and so is my LDL but I can fix that.
