August 11th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good fuckin morning all.No work today.Breakfast will be French toast,turkey sausage, banana and grapes,R1 shake.Lunch will be grilled London broil,basmati rice and a salad,dinner Tilapia and a salad.Gonna do calf’s and bis at some point today.Hope everyone makes the most of their day and that it goes smoothly.
 
First meal was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and bacon. Second meal was oatmeal and sausage. Third meal was chicken nuggets. Fourth meal was P3 and chocolate milk.
