August 13 installment of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was 5 HB eggs no yolk,4 English muffins with cream cheese and homemade strawberry jam,4 turkey sausage,water.Then I went to the YMCA and did 3 sessions of large tire flipping 5 mins each immediately followed by swimming laps.Lunch will be two turkey n white American cheese, lettuce,tomato,5 more HB eggs no yolk,grapes,water.Im gonna do some fishing later see if I can catch my dinner.Hope everyone has a great day
 
Had eggs this afternoon. Need some carbs tho Im exhausted today. Probably will get bar out and do some back so i can stay home and make it quick. A lot of cleaning and organizing today.
 
Cracker Barrel then I just went out like a light for like 2.5 hours. Had I not gotten woken up I’d probably still be sleeping. I can sleep on tren during day it’s that night time it sucks
 
Well I didn’t go fishing,so nothing fresh for dinner.Fuck it,I’m ordering chinese.3 quarts wonton soup,3 orders steamed dumplings,3 orders Veg lo main,half that is for breakfast or lunch tomorrow.
 
I’ve only had 3 protein/oat shakes today. I’ll make some egg whites and rice for dinner. Today I did all giant sets of biceps, triceps, and delts. My dad called in the middle of my workout so I cut it short and skipped cardio.
