Good morning all.Breakfast will be 4 HB eggs no yolk,1 plain bagel, vanilla protein shake blended with 1 tbl spoon Avacado oil,2 table spoons of PB, banana and water.Workin a few hours after that who knows.
No training today. Had eggs, toast and a scratch made waffle for breakfast. Still waiting to get lunch. Stayed at my girlfriends house. I don’t think she understands I eat…alot and often. But she is cute and sweet so she gets a pass for now lol.
First time I went out with coworkers and ordered six eggs with my country fried stake they wer all like “SIX EGGS”. Cracked me up. Wife was there she said sometimes I make him eight eggs at home. Lmao. Unless your a gym rat they just don’t get it. Three square meals a day, Hahaha that’s long gone.
Meal 1 was a protein/oat shake.
Meal 2 was 1/2Lb extra lean ground turkey breast and steamed basmati rice.
Today is supposed to be a rest day but I’m going to do chest in a couple hours after Meal 3 which will be another protein/oat shake.
