August 14th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was French toast, banana, vanilla protein shake blended with chia seeds,2 tbl spoons of PB,1 tbl spoon Avacado oil,2 raw eggs,coffee and water.Gonna out in a few hours a work today cause I’m gonna go do some Equnine Therapy tomorrow,looking forward to it.Gonna work some forearms today at some point.About to go sit on the front porch with the Fleabag’s and smoke a joint.
 
Introduced the new kiddos to kodiak cakes today and turkey sausage. Also had Michigan blueberries and coffee. Michigan blueberries are the best blueberries ever. Today gonna do chest and tris. A little bit of shoulders.
 
No training today. Hoping to get a long walk in the woods later. Breakfast was duck eggs and English Muffins. Protein shake, some bananas and strawberries. A can of tuna on a wrap. Need to make up for the lack of calories this weekend lol. Not sure about lunch and dinner
 
Love duck eggs from my old farmer friend,it’s where I get my chic eggs also…speaking of which I haven’t received any duck eggs in a bit from him
 
Killer chest and tri workout. Post workout meal

Welllll great blood labs and checkup went so good i had a giant double cheeseburger the other night and just polished off 3/4 of wife’s homemade apple pie smothered in vanilla ice cream.

I’m stuffed.
 
Gotta have the vanilla ice cream with the apple pie,I just inhaled two small steaks,half can a chic peas,6 oatmeal raisin cookies and 16 oz of milk,dessert will be a joint.
