August 19th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Breakfast was cherry frosted pop tarts, protein shake blended with 2 packages of oatmeal,2 tbl spoons of PB, 1 tbl spoon Avacado oil,2 raw eggs, banana, coffee and a water.I don’t plan on lifting after work,but we will see,maybe do a light chest day.I am grateful for another day of work and another day to be alive.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Making hash outta left over potatoes and lean round steak from last night. Then add some eggs. Yum yum. Coffee yogurt and off to work. Gonna try and finish that house today. Plus have to bid on a bathroom job this morning so my day is full hopefully have time to work out.
 
Good day gentlemen. 1st meal was 2 cups of oatmeal. 2nd meal was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, shredded cheese, and bacon. 3rd was chicken and macaroni. I’m finishing up a bathroom i started last Saturday @Rusty it was bad. There was 3 layers of floor. A lot of rotten joist. Had to change a lot of the plumbing. It’s been a hell of a job. A lot more than I expected for sure.
 
Home from work,no workout.gonna grill 2 🦃 burgers,with lett,tomato, pepper jack,with home grown, home cut french fries.
 
I’m currently on the road to grandma’s house out of state for her 99th birthday party. Today will be all protein/oat shakes for me. I’ve had 3 so far. Four to go. :milk_glass:
