Good morning all.Breakfast was cherry frosted pop tarts, protein shake blended with 2 packages of oatmeal,2 tbl spoons of PB, 1 tbl spoon Avacado oil,2 raw eggs, banana, coffee and a water.I don’t plan on lifting after work,but we will see,maybe do a light chest day.I am grateful for another day of work and another day to be alive.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
