August 19th installment diets and training

Good morning all.no work today,it poured all night,cant paint a wet house.i did go to the gym this am,alls i did was tire flip but atleast i got my unmotivated ass there.
Breakfast was 6 HB egg whites,bananna,4 turkey sausage,

And one of these,their shakes are pretty good,and i rarely ever keep protein powder in the house,but my appetites been lacking lately which is why i bought some.Lunch will be spaghettios,egg whites,salad,cranberry juice.not sure about dinner.Today i am grateful for all my sister’s,but one in particular really helped me out yesterday without even asking,she knows my issues i have,and went way outta her way for me,and for that im grateful…my eyes watering up as im typing this,fucking little baby John. Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

No training. Just been looking working and goofing off on the Internet looking for ideas to make a decent stretching routine. Eating the usual ground turkey and pasta, chicken salad wraps and eggs and chicken sausage.
