August 1st edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good fuckin morning all.Breakfast was cheese steak,protein shake vanilla blended with chia seeds,1 package of oatmeal, banana,coffee and water.Got to work early 7 am,which is early for me,getting some hours in before it rains which we badly need,been watering the garden in the am and in the evening.Going back to that gym again to do legs later,think I’m gonna start goin there a couple times a week,I have used it a few times so far and haven’t encountered anyone yet,which is why I have everything I need at home so I don’t have to deal with people.i appreciate everyones participation on these morning threads.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Got called into work so food is just cans of tuna, some pasta and chicken sausage. Yogurt. Protein shake and a banana. A guy brought in some cold cut wraps from a party so I’ve been supplementing with it. Hoping to get a back workout in
today.
 
Coach decided to end the cut a little early said I pulled through hard and in a good spot to put on size. We had sushi last night and cals are going straight to 3k and slowly creeping from there looking to add .25-.5lbs a week. Have oats and blueberries after 30min on the treadmill. Cream of rice with an apple and whey pre then cream of rice with something called a galia melon and whey post. Zucchini perch and rice for dinner and chicken and almond butter before bed. Legs today! Hope everyone kills this Monday
 
Good morning brothers!

Had oats, fruits, avocado, coffee & eggs for breakfast. Shake with oats a sec ago, later some fish & yams.

Training Arms & Shoulders(No more than 3 exercises)

Love any kind of fish,I’m having a early dinner soon,then another that I usually time with the Mets game.so first one will be 3 Tilapia with 2 cups of white rice,the second one will be chic breast with 1 cup white rice and a salad, then dessert will be home grown and homemade zucchini bread with milk.

I agree,most of the fish I eat,I cook it,when we go out to eat if they have salmon my wife always orders it,she loves it,I end up eating some since she never finishes it.
 
1st meal was two fried egg sandwiches with three fried eggs on each. 2nd meal was a mass gainer shake. 3rd meal was 2 mass gainer pancakes. 4th meal was 2 chicken quesadilias. 5th meal was mass gainer shake. Push day today. Hitting chest, triceps, and shoulders.
 
I’m a disgusting pig,I can’t stopp eating in the middle of the night,gonna switch that med to taking it in the morning.im bloated,I feel fat,never been 200lbs unless I was juicing but this 200 isn’t all muscle unfortunately
