Good fuckin morning all.Breakfast was cheese steak,protein shake vanilla blended with chia seeds,1 package of oatmeal, banana,coffee and water.Got to work early 7 am,which is early for me,getting some hours in before it rains which we badly need,been watering the garden in the am and in the evening.Going back to that gym again to do legs later,think I’m gonna start goin there a couple times a week,I have used it a few times so far and haven’t encountered anyone yet,which is why I have everything I need at home so I don’t have to deal with people.i appreciate everyones participation on these morning threads.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
