August 22nd edition of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfast was 4 HB eggs no yolk,1 plain bagel,protein shake blended with 1 package of oatmeal 1 tbl spoon Avacado oil 2 table spoons PB,grapes,coffee and water.about to leave for work but it’s suppose to rain in a bit,so I doubt much work will get done.gonna do bis later.Today I am grateful for a supportive family.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
1st meal was 4 eggs scrambled, fried potatoes, and sausage. 2nd meal was a new Kodiak oatmeal the old lady found. 2 cups of peanut butter chocolate chip. 3rd meal was a chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and mustard. 4th is a mass gainer shake. Push day later.
 
Garlic rice and eggs

Trail mix lots peanuts and cashews and dried fruit

Lunch

Tuna with olive oil Mayo and veggies and rice

No workout today. Trying to finish punch list on house project so I can get paid. Almost done
 
I did not do bis today as I stated I would.i did light chest and lats.
 
KFC for dinner workout was climbing stairs with bags of ground up cartilage cuase I made mistake training and had to fix it wooo. So kind of legs and lower back kinda cardio
