August 25th installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.lite breakfast of cherry frosted pop tarts and a banana and water before swimming laps and tire flipping.Then I had 5 HB eggs no yolk,1 strawberry cream cheese plain bagel,200mg edible, cranberry juice,water.Working til 1430.Lunch will be two turkey n provolone,light mayo,lett, tomato 🍅,strawberries,water.
Today I am grateful for a job I have here and the one I’m returning home to which is Interior/Exterior Painting,spackling,minor sheet rocking working for my dad I enjoy my job,we make our own hours,and the greatest perk is I answer to no one.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Afternoon sir. Breakfast was pint of chocolate milk and 2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit. Snack was pint of chocolate milk, pack of peanut butter crackers, and honeybun. Lunch was steak, shrimp, grilled chicken, fried apples, and loaded baked sweet potato with 2 biscuits. Not sure about the rest of the evening. Leg hypertrophy tonight.

Had my normal breakfast but then shake witb pbj for pwo meal now about to head to gym a see if I can or triple on bench big. I feel like I got good sleep today so that should be good if tendons are not bad we’ll do some

Got part of my labs back and my estro is 110 not sure what unit of measurement that is but i like and feel best at 35 so ive taking arimidex. 5 eodx2
Open for suggestions also my lil one is having a sleep over so im taking them fourwheeling in the creeks and woods i hope no dolls haha
