Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 package of cinnamon brown 🤎 pop tarts,4 HB eggs no yolk,1 vanilla protein shake blended with 2 tbl spoons PB.Did traps and forarms already.not sure what the rest of my day has in store.Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Just finished metcon… going for cool down walk.

Youngest granddaughter is spending the day/night so it will be an eventful weekend.
 
One min your changing their diapers next min your changing their oil. My wife and I just decided this year to let her start walking to school with her friends,an getting a cell phone for Christmas,we’ve been letting her stay home alone for short periods of time and don’t have a landline.
 
She’s getting big. 12yo I believe. She’ll be a teenager soon!
 
1st meal was 2 fried egg sandwiches, 3 eggs per sandwich. 2nd meal was mass gainer shake. 3rd meal was 16 chicken nuggets and 8 mozzarella sticks. 4th meal was P3 and chocolate milk. Legs and abs today. Hope ya’ll enjoy your weekend.
