August 7 Episode of diets and training

Good afternoon all.Breakfast was 2 cans a tuna with hot sauce,1 bagel with homemade strawberry jam, banana,200mg edibles ,water.Lunch was 2 turkey n white American, lettuce, tomatos.strawberrys,5 oatmeal raisin cookies.Working till 1500,then a bunch a laps in the pool.Not sure about dinner…goin to look at a house tonight at 1900.Today I am grateful for a roof over my head and food on my plate.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Afternoon @John breakfast for me was scrambled eggs, biscuits, and gravy. Then had a coffee with a ham,egg, and cheese croissant. Pasta for lunch. Upper Strength Training tonight. Back, Chest, Shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps.
 
Today I trained delts, traps, and chest.
I did band side lateral raises, front raises, and rear delts, around 6 giant sets of those. I did 4 sets of single arm kettlebell shrugs. For chest I did 4 sets of regular push-ups and 4 sets of feet elevated on the bed and hands on the ground push-ups.
For cardio I did 35 minutes on the treadmill at 3.0 speed and 5% incline.
I’m having 4 protein/oat shakes and one food meal of egg whites with salsa and steamed basmati rice.

Trained back and bis. Had English muffins with PB. Egg whites. Chicken and rice. Yogurt and cottage cheese. Steak wraps. Protein shake and a banana.
