Good afternoon all.Breakfast was 3 English muffins toasted homemade strawberry jam,5 chic sausage with hot sauce, banana,200mg of edibles,water.i didn’t feel like eating lunch,but after work I went and did laps at our pool next door to VA property,lots of moms,which unfortunately usually means lots of kids.Anyways I’m making sloppy joes tonight,with a salad,and 5 oatmeal raisin cookies water n milk 🍼🍼
Today I am great for my daughter’s laugh and smile brightens my world right up.

Skipped a meal today as I just slept through breakfast positive it seems that I’m start to come back around or I feel better cuase I was just working in cooler for an hour and that helped the joints who knows bout to eat soem chicken rice and maybe Pretzels
 
Hit legs. Meal plan for the week is chicken salad wraps…again. Spicy PB chicken and rice. Yogurt and cottage cheese. Egg whites and English muffins. Almonds. Protein shake and a banana
