For quite some time I’ve just been cruising with Test C at 150mg/week, but want go back on for 12 weeks (may shorten it a few weeks if BP gets too high). I typically keep it basic with 400-500mg Test C per week, but have ran it quite a few times with either EQ or NPP, along with proviron (@John steered me towards proviron which worked great, as I think you often run it with most cycles)
Unfortunately, family genetics has elevated to high BP which mine is currently controlled with Lisinopril/HCTZ and moderate cardio (usually brisk walking on steep incline (or if weather is nice a good 3-4mile walk with a 30-40lb vest), but as expected BP will no doubt go up when I increase test and/or add additional compounds. Orals like DBol are no goes as that really spikes it up. I have a couple BP home monitors which are typically pretty accurate and always keep an eye on it especially when on. Curious on thoughts as far as the most effective injectables (or even some orals) that have the least impact on BP. I believe most orals spike BP more, but proviron didn’t affect it too much. Can always temporarily bump up my BP meds, but try to avoid that if possible.
I typically like to keep it simple and let the test do most of the work. Just a few questions re: BP/Gear that come to mind that I’d appreciate your thoughts/experiences…
1) Any benefit with longer or shorter chain testosterone types?
2) Any benefit to splitting injections up to 3x week rather than 1-2x a week?
3) Orals that are better than others (I know DBol/Anadrol would greatly increase BP for most)?
4) OTC supplements that are effective to add in (e,g, super beets) to help keep levels more normal/stable?
5) any other tips/tricks that have worked for you to minimize BP increases?
Thanks in advance!
