I have a big announcement and this hurts me to say this but are verification has failed for the first time. It had to happen eventually because people just don’t know how to do business right. We recently just had a member who I respect very much and I’m very pissed off about this situation get scammed by source that I treated very good and tried to help him when it came to his language barrier and also to get used to using the site. I also was nice enough to this sponsor to actually submit him to another website as a good source. I cannot believe that he decided he was going to say sorry I’m just not going to give you what you ordered oh and by the way I’m not going to give you a refund either. This source is going to come on and he is going to try to defend himself because he is going to say that in this business both sides have to understand that there’s going to be a loss I’m sorry but here at UGM that is not how are sponsors operate. They are required to deliver everything that was paid for by a member or they lose their verification on the spot this will not be tolerated I have recently heard from unverified sources on other forums and just online in general that they believe they shouldn’t have to reship for free that when they reship the customer should have to pay 50% of the reship and the shipping cost. I want to let everyone know our sponsors or members and anyone else reading this who comes on UGM to find quality verified sponsors that this will never be tolerated. Verification comes with rules the rules are the source must deliver everything paid for. That’s the end of story there is no excuses for not delivering what was paid for. If a Source decides that they do not want to fulfill the order that they took someone’s money for then they will return the money in full to that member but they do have good choice to reship the products just like any good source would do if you ever encounter a source here or somewhere else that says that they will not reship in full as many times as it takes to get you what you paid for do not I repeat do not even think about ordering from them. There are so many scams out there that revolve around this type of situation. A common source scam is when a source doesn’t want to actually send the product so they decide that they’ll take your money and then what they’ll do is they will send what’s called a ghost pack or a hot pack will send you a tracking number and they will ship a package but it will contain something that they know will immediately be seized and then they say to you sorry your package was seized but it’s okay will reship it then they reship again package gets seized again then they say oh we’re sorry shipping is just so hard right now. Since we took such a loss we’re going to need you to help out with the cost of sending the next reship. This will not happen here I want all of our sponsors to know that they have to reship as many times as it takes to get the order choose a person that paid for it and if they cannot then they are going to have to refund the money in full for that order. I’m sorry to everyone reading this for the rant but I am extremely upset right now because this sponsor was a very good sponsor and I don’t understand why he did what he did but he did it so now he has to pay the price and I’m not talking about a refund I’m talking about now he is known and tagged online as a scammer because that is what he did he won’t think he scammed anyone because he thinks that the customer should have to take responsibility for some of the loss that’s not how it works and it will never change here it will always be what you order you will get or that sponsor will be dropped so fast that some of you might not even realize that they are already gone. I think I already said this but I am never going to tolerate anything like this happening here on this site. This site was created for members not for sources or sponsors no disrespect to our sources or sponsors because all of them really don’t even have to worry about this because they do business the right way but now I have a sponsor that decided that he was not going to do business the right way so therefore he will never ever get business from members here or on other forms because I’m going to make sure that I let all the mods know that this company does not fulfil their promises. I’m sure that wants the member that had this situation happened to him reads this he will probably explain it a lot better than I have because I’m so mad right now I cannot believe that this just happened.

I IMAGINE THAT THEY WILL COME OUT WITH NEW NAMES AFTER ITS ALL OVER THE INTERNET THAT THEY DIDN’T DELIVER AND ARE IN THE SCAM SECTION. REMEMBER ALEX IS A GOOD GUY BUT IF HE WON’T RESHIP AN ORDER THAT WASN’T EVEN A LARGE ORDER THEN HE WON’T RESHIP A SMALL ORDER SO PLEASE EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM HIM UNTIL HOPEFULLY HE COMES TO HIS SENSES AND MAKES THIS SITUATION RIGHT.
