Barbell shrugs problems

Okay so I don’t know if anyone else has this issue… When I do barbell shrugs Every time on the way up it hits my balls and it’s really annoying. It sounds like a joke but it’s really not. I have tried to widen my stance, and even lean slightly forward but the issue still persists… Anyone else have any tricks for this? Also no, my balls aren’t big 😂

😂 Tuck them? Not sure if I can do that anymore. Maybe before the Kisspeptin… But now they are back to normal lol.
 
I’ve recently felt that seated hammer shrug machine is hitting rhem right I get no cheating from legs like unused to on barbell still do love me barbell shrugs though
 
Hmm. Not sure I got that machine. Gonna look for it next time. What are you shrugging on the barbell?
 
I at one point used to put 6 plates on each side for sets of 8 but they weren’t great reps so I’ve lowered weight to really get the squeeE
 
Thanks man. I think another issue affecting grip strength is work as my hands are sore and grip is being used 24,7 then going to the gym afterwards where they are already weakened. Need to do something to increase grip strength for sure 😂
 
Yeah I’ll never compete, way too small… Lol.

Yeah I was trying to stick to the barbell cuz a lot of my workout was at the power rack so dumbbells are a little inconvenient but gotta make due 😂 damn you must have some wack nuts. The bar hits my nuts and then I lower. The bar doesn’t go high enough to hit my noodle. Not much of a hanger 😂
