Apologies for half assing the log for last week or so.
Still running same amount of gear and eating close or more than 4k calories per day.
A little pissed though, cause just got Dexa 8 weeks in and only gained 1.3lbs of muscle, which I can do just from eating. My dosage is more than I’ve taken in past, so I was figuring at those calories I’d at least have a solid 5lbs of lean. Only positive thing is that my BF% stayed the same, so the 4k calories isn’t ruining my BF.
