Flat empty stomach been up working all night 11p-7a in Boston! Good times lol but my obliques are def coming through. When I pinch my stomach it feels like skin and water and is stretchy so I know from competing days Im as lean as I need to be without competing. So just gonna hold the cardio diet and training steady no adjustments maybe even add in a little more calories from fats. My body stays full even on no carbs
