I’m a big pusher of the right foods for the right person. Figuring out what you respond to and tolerate well is a HUGE part in the game. Digestion is so important. If your not digesting the food properly, you’re not getting the nutrients you think you are.

I’ve recently started the vertical diet. Has a big focus on digestion. Developed by Stan Efferding. Bodybuilder and powerlifter.

I’ll probably do a write up of my experience with it. I like it for sure. But like with anything there’s upsides and downs
 
Super interested to read your write up. I’ve honestly always viewed food as macros. This is a whole new way for me to think about things. Never once thought of not getting the nutrients out of food that I don’t digest well.
