Beginner looking for advice

Thanks for the advice, I keep a pretty detailed log of what I eat and how I train. At first I did it because I was told it would help, the more I do it I find out how helpful it is. Thanks again!
 
Thanks for the solid advice. With so many of you saying the same thing, it must be for a good reason. I am glad that my thought process was aligned with the right way to go before doing a cycle. Appreciate the cycle advice and will look into it once im ready to do a cycle.
 
A lot of chicken and fish, some red meat every now and then. Oatmeal, nuts, vegetables, some fruits, brow rice. I usually bbq or use the smoker to cook. I weigh all portions and keep track of calories.
 
I appreciate the advice, honestly did not plan on doing a cycle any time soon. Ive got my diet in check and I have been losing my gut faster than I thought. So I am satisfied with my progress and dont see a need to rush into doing a cycle. Thanks again!
 
I took the time to work out my individual macros with the intent to lose weight. Been almost 2 weeks, having a much easier time managing my diet and already starting to lose weight. Usually I would struggle with my diet, i like to eat. It never was a problem until I broke my back. Once I had my macros and started meal planning, I havent strayed from my diet once. Wanted to say thank you for the advice.
