Alternating “compounds” or whatever is just as good as alternating exercises. Keeps the body guessing and not building a tolerance…least thats what I’ve read……
Watch fitnessdealnews on youtube he knows a lot about preworkout. I like El jefe, Leatherfaze for good powerful stims. Then non stimulant pwo for upper body workouts like Sicario or alpha lion pump.
