What’s up brother,
I’ve used Clen, T3, and Yohimbine in the past. As they all work very well and aren’t hard on the endocrine system. Haven’t tried albuterol before but I’ve heard good things about it.
In my opinion though the biggest and most effective way to shedding pounds is by dieting properly and getting your steps in. If you walk consistently and average 8000-10,000 steps per day, you’re guaranteed to drop weight.
For instance a 160lb man who walks 3 miles can burn about 600 calories in that 3 mile span. That’s 3000 calories in a 5 day span you’ve burned. The enhancers will only positively affect these numbers.
We just have to be careful with the amount we take as you can end up having a fatty liver from consuming so much, but at the same time a fatty liver is a relatively easy fix.
Fasting also help to drop weight, it can lower blood pressure and help get insulin levels back on track. It’s really just what one is trying to accomplish.
